Born in raised in El Paso, Texas Austin Savage received his MFA in Film & Television Writing from Emerson College in 2021.

He is a Nicholl Quarterfinalist, Black List x Hornitos "Take Your Shot" Winner, and has worked as at The Kennedy Center and Goodman Theatre.
