María Belén Villegas

With a passion for collaboration and art-making, María Belén Villegas is an actress and dancer based in Los Angeles, California. After immigrating from Atenas, Costa Rica María grew up in Seattle, Washington, where she studied Dance and Political Science at the University of Washington.

María trains and performs at the Upright Citizens Brigade and other comedy theaters in the Los Angeles area. She is producing and acting in her first Hollywood Fringe production, Girls Can Dismantle Fascist Dictatorships, Too, this summer.
