Celso Reed de Oliveira

I'ma Multilingual Management Consultant with a background in Games for Learning and more than 3 years of international experience in complex and large-scale business transformation initiatives in various industry verticals such as pharmaceutical, automotive, textile, and beverage.

My career began in Brazil working for global brands and supporting Organizational Transformation projects, Succession Planning, People and Performance Analysis, Learning and Development, and Knowledge Management/Transfer. Currently based in New York where he leads the Executive Committee PRIDE & Allies Network (@AlpfaNY), which is responsible for creating, analyzing, and refining DEI strategies.

My educational backgrounds include a Degree in Strategic Business from the Technological University of Sao Paulo, XR (VR/AR) Game for Learning from the British School of Creative Arts and Technology. I am passionate about the entertainment industry and despite being Brazilian I have a strong DNA from Mexican Cinema, Music, and Telenovelas. Recently I started to prepare myself to apply for an MBA program focused on Entertainment.

In my free time, I enjoy watching horror movies, exploring small coffee shops in Brooklyn, and camping with my husband and my labrador.
