Driven by his passion for acting and storytelling, ARMANDO, a bronx-bred actor, writer, & singer is quickly making his mark in the entertainment industry. In just a few short years he has landed a slew of roles on some of TV’s hottest shows. You may recognize him as Hector, on NBC’s Prodigal Son alongside Michael Sheen & Tom Payne, Resonance, the reggaeton star, on ABC’s Queens and most recently, Rufus, the health food obsessed Coach on Disney’s The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers. Aside from playing diverse characters on hit tv shows, this multi-talented actor is an amazing singer and dancer. He has shared his smooth sultry voice, dance moves and of course, the stage, with some of the music industries most notable artists. From Michael Bolton, Paul McCartney, Jason Derulo, Alicia Keys, and Missy Elliot to Gwen Stefani, Prince Royce and Wisin and Yandel just to name a few. The train doesn’t stop there. When ARMANDO isn’t filming tv shows or singing on stages around the world, he spends his time creating his own work. He just finished writing Die Laughing, a short film, which he will director, produce and star in. His goal? To really move latinos, specifically afro-latinos, to the forefront of this industry.
