Rob Alicea is an award-winning Latino filmmaker and actor. He has written, directed, and produced for Netflix, in addition to numerous films, documentaries, commercials, and music videos.

Best known for creating the independent comedy series Adulthood (HBO New York Latino Film Festival Official Selection), it was Rob's horror debut with The Hat Man that would cement his place as one of the strongest new voices in the genre.

Rob's L.I.F.E. mission is to help pave the way for current and future Latino filmmakers by working to increase opportunities both in front and behind the camera.
